Sunshine Music is owned and operated by Russ Constable out of Joplin, Missouri. Russ has been a multi-instrumental musician, playing with several bands in multiple music genres for over 40 years. He is currently the Worship Director for Byers Ave UMC in Joplin and owner of eDesigns Web Services.
Russ started directing handbells in 1996 and has continued working with handbell choirs ever since. He has been actively working on maintaining bells for the last 20 years.
